COOKING AS A PASSION

Growing up I hated the idea of being in the kitchen. It's a messy chore especially washing the dishes and cleaning all the mess.

I started my interest in cooking when I watched several cooking shows on TV. And then I started looking for schools that offer culinary courses. I even tried joining a day cooking session with a renowned chef in the Philippines, I had mine with Chef Sylvia Reynoso-Gala. I had Korean and Japanese cooking sessions with her on a separate schedule.

Since I am a full-time employee that works in an eight hour day job, I had a hard time looking for free time to have my interest materialized. Most of these schools offer an everyday schooling schedule.

Luckily I found a school that somehow fits my working schedule, and fortunately, my previous boss allowed me, but in terms that I should work on the weekend.

And then the journey started in cooking. Finished my certificate for 8 months and mastered stocks and sauce for another month. It was the best experience I had and I will ever have. This experience leads me to what I am starting today. My food wholesale business that I and my husband trying to work-out. I never stop and will never stop cooking. My nook is my favorite spot. I will never get irritated with the mess I would get when I am in the kitchen.
